REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds from ITwises s.r.o. are exclusively available for instances where a case concludes without achieving a successful resolution. Cases resolved successfully are ineligible for refunds.

Refund Processing Time:
Upon closure of a case, ITwises s.r.o. commits to processing refunds within a
30-day timeframe.

Refund Payment Method:
‍Refund issuance is strictly limited to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
Alternate payment methods cannot be accommodated for refund processing.

Refund Request Procedure:
Clients seeking refunds are required to formally request a refund through the submission of a support ticket to ITwises s.r.o.

This request must encompass the following details:
- The case number associated with your transaction.
- A concise explanation for the refund request.
- Any supplementary information that supports your request.

Upon receipt, ITwises s.r.o.  will undertake a comprehensive review of the refund request. Approval of the request will result in the issuance of a refund.

Important Considerations:

Refund Guarantee:
The issuance of refunds is not assured under all circumstances.
ITwises s.r.o reserves the unilateral right to refuse any refund request based on its review.

Refund Availability:
Refunds are strictly limited to cases that conclude without a successful recovery outcome.

Refund Processing Period:
Should there be a delay beyond the 30-day processing period, clients are advised to contact the ITwises s.r.o. support team for assistance.

Payment Method for Refunds:
Refund issuance will mirror the original payment method.
For instance, payments made via credit card will be refunded back to the same credit card. Refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods are not permitted.

Liability for Transaction Fees: In the event of a refund, clients bear full responsibility for any potential transaction fees imposed by third-party service providers, including but not limited to payment processors and cryptocurrency service platforms.

This policy is designed to ensure a transparent and fair process for all refund requests while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding the interests of both ITwises s.r.o and its valued clients.
